Bookings done within 1 x month prior to check-in have to be settled in full on making the reservation. All payments must reflect in our bank account prior to check-in.

Pets
We do not cater for pets without prior arrangement.
Fires & Smoking
Open Fires at Designated Areas Only (Please be Fire-wise in Windy Conditions).
Outside Smoking Only – Please empty Ashtrays on a Regular basis (in an Enclosed Bin / Bag).
Nature
Water Conservation is appreciated due to the use of Septic Tanks (for Sewerage)
Walking on Dunes and / or Retaining Embankments is Strictly Prohibited.
Please avoid light pollution (Lights beyond the limits of the house) as Hangklip Villa is situated within a Conservancy.
Other
We do not allow day visitors / non-sleeping guests / more than 8 guests without prior arrangement. Hangklip Villa is on the Oceanfront, we are not responsible for unfavourable weather or sea conditions.
